Vismate Optometrist (Vismate) is a primary eye-care practice. Vismate offers quality vision care services through comprehensive eye examinations and highly tailor-made treatment solutions centred on the concept of “clear” and “comfort”.
Optometrist Francis Koek established Vismate in October 2019 in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. The company’s edge lies in its focus on treating short-sightedness (myopia) in children, a strong belief in vision loss prevention and a keen commitment to promoting vision health through education.
Vision Care Services
Vismate provides services for children and adults. Services for children include solutions for refractive error, eye muscle problems, lazy eye and colour vision. Vismate focuses primarily on the correction of myopia in children using correction spectacles, Orthokeratology therapy and monitoring to minimise the progression and risk of eye disease.
Solutions for adults focus on issues that concern eye muscle, dry eye, contact lens complications and high power (high astigmatism), issues relating to the cornea (keratoconus) and the treatment of reading problems associated with age (presbyopia). For older adults, Vismate specialists conduct screening and referrals for Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Detachment, Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Cataract and other eye diseases.
